Just send 'subscribe' in the body of a message to
hepc-request@lists.vossnet.co.uk
Right after you subscribe, check your in-box, because you'll
receive a new message with this in the body of text:
If you really want this action to be taken, please send the
following commands (using the format as shown, but substituting the
majordomo input for the authorization number and your email
address) back to "Majordomo@lists.vossnet.co.uk":
auth [auth#] subscribe hepc [your email address]
You'll need to do this to get subscribed.
